  • One annual on-site visit (if needed)

  • Priority access to additional services

  • Optional add-ons available (e.g., antivirus, cloud backup, proactive monitoring)

Solo Starter Package

Benefits: A step above Pay-As-You-Go, this plan offers consistent, direct access to support and a predictable monthly cost — ideal for avoiding unexpected IT issues or bills.

Pricing: £55 per month (inc. VAT)

Starter

Ideal for: Small teams or growing startups with 2–9 users

  • Fixed monthly fee per user (tiered by team size)

  • Unlimited remote and telephone support (fair use policy applies)

  • Named-user access: each user can contact support directly

  • 1 on-site visit per quarter (if required). Additional on-site visits available at £80 for the first hour, then £40/hour thereafter

  • 48-hour response SLA

  • Optional add-ons (Webroot, Carbonite, backup monitoring, etc.)

Starter Support Package

Benefits: Designed to support early-stage businesses and home-based teams. Personalised support, simple pricing, and scalable as you grow.

Tiered Pricing:

  • 2–5 users: £49/user/month

  • 6–9 users: £42/user/month

Grow

Ideal for: Scaling businesses with 10+ users

  • Tiered per-user pricing with volume discounts

  • Unlimited remote and telephone support for all users

  • 2 on-site visits per quarter

  • Faster response SLA (24–hour or same-day)

  • Includes basic proactive monitoring/reporting

  • Add-ons available for Webroot protection, backups, cloud services, etc.

Benefits: Ideal for businesses transitioning from startup to scale-up. More proactive and responsive support built to match growing demand.

Starting Price: from £35/user/month (volume discounts available)

Quarterly Support Plan

Control your hours. Control your spend

  • Set hours per quarter (e.g., 10–20 hours) for support services only (Webroot services, whether managed or unmanaged, are not included)

  • Priority response within 24 hours

  • Discounted rates on additional hours: £60/hour (compared to standard PAYG rates)

  • Optional add-ons (backup monitoring, Microsoft 365 admin, etc.)

  • Up to 5 unused hours may roll over to the next quarter

  • Clients will be notified when 80% of their hours are used, with the option to top up at the same discounted rate

Quarterly Support Plan

Benefits: Peace of mind without monthly tie-in. Encourages continuity while remaining flexible for businesses with fluctuating needs.

Pricing Example: 15 hours/quarter at £675 (equivalent to £45/hour)

10–20 support hours per quarter (Webroot services not included). Hours can be used by any member of staff within the organisation during that quarter.

Project-Based Support

Ideal for: One-off IT needs like upgrades, migrations, or office moves

  • Milestone-based pricing only

  • Scope defined in advance with flexibility for discovery

  • Dedicated technician for the project duration

  • Documentation and handover included
