A Note From Our Founder

We Believe Technology Should Empower, not Overwhelm.

“My passion for problem-solving and helping people has always been at the heart of what I do. After studying French, Spanish, Systems Analysis and Database Design, I went on to complete my Microsoft Certified Technician training at Brighton College. It was there that I realised many people found technology confusing, overwhelming, or simply inaccessible.

I founded the business with a simple goal: to provide IT support that is friendly, approachable and free from unnecessary jargon”.

    CEO & Director The IT Girl and SiSTEMZ

    With over 28 years' experience in information systems, programme management and business development, Emma founded the business in 2015 with a simple goal: to make IT support more accessible and easier to understand.

    Today, she continues to provide practical solutions, clear advice and technology that works for everyone.

    Adam

    SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

    Adam started his career in custom builds and computer repairs. He repaired and distributed over 50 systems privately. He then spent four years gaining general IT experience supporting residential and business customers with day-today IT issues. He is currently undertaking a level 4 network engineer qualification alongside his Technician job with SiSTEMZ.

    Ros is a multilingual professional with over 12 years' experience in Corporate Banking and a background in business development, marketing, events and translation.     Rebecca (Becky) specialises in keeping businesses running smoothly behind the scenes.
